What is the turnaround time?

The standard turnaround time is between 7 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed.

Please note, turnaround times do not include shipping transit times.
Our free shipping option only covers UPS Ground services. If you’d like to upgrade your shipping method after checkout, please reach out to a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to discuss the cost.

For orders placed through our online design studio, the turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days, but production will not begin until we receive approval of the proofs. Delays in responding to proof approval emails or excessive changes may extend the delivery timeline.

Delivery dates provided at checkout are only estimates. While we strive to meet these estimated dates, we ask that customers inform us of any firm “in-hand” deadlines when placing orders online or through a CSR.
For orders placed through a CSR, the turnaround time will not begin until the invoice is paid, and the artwork has been approved.

In some instances, unforeseen delays may occur that are beyond our control. In these cases, orders may take up to 15 to 20 business days to ship.
